Pittsburgh, PA (May 10, 2024) — Attorney Jason Schiffman has been recognized as Pittsburgh’s Visionary of the Year by The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) for his outstanding efforts in raising $162,408.88 in support of the organization’s mission titled “Service With a Smilek” in honor of Officer Mark Smilek. Schiffman’s dedication and commitment have not only made a significant impact on the fight against blood cancers but have also made him a respected leader within the community.

The Visionary of the Year campaign is a dynamic, philanthropic campaign in which candidates create their own unique campaign and raise funds for the greater good. Schiffman’s remarkable achievement in fundraising will benefit critical research and provide essential support and resources to patients and families battling leukemia, lymphoma, and other blood cancers.
