Your Case is Our Cause
Top Lawfirm for Infant Related Injuries and Deaths
On September 21, 2021, the CPSC issued a recall for over 3 million Boppy Original Newborn Loungers (also known as the Pottery Barn Kids Boppy Newborn Loungers) after 8 deaths were linked to the product. These infant deaths occurred from December 2015 through June 2020.
Unfortunately, the deaths closely resemble the tragedies caused for infant-inclined sleepers like the Fisher-Price Rock n’ Play that not only resulted in a consumer product recall, but a call for the U.S. government to get involved and create the Safe Sleep for Babies Act.
Dangerous and defective consumer products make it to retail shelves and online marketplaces every single day. While many can go unnoticed, some cause catastrophic damage, including death. If you or someone you love was injured by a dangerous product like the Boppy Newborn Lounger, contact our firm today for a free consultation.

What is an alternative to the Boppy Newborn Lounger?
Many health organizations suggest that the best place for a baby to sleep is on a firm, flat surface in a crib.
